Capital

Comprehensive Training
Nord Line Management provides franchisees with 15 to 30 days of initial training at our headquarters, beginning approximately 6 to 9 weeks before the scheduled opening.
Phase I instruction covers administrative, operational, and sales and marketing matters, including substantial on-the-job training for the franchisee and up to four designated attendees.
On-site training takes place when the franchisee commences operations. Experienced trainers from Nord Line provide on-site support for up to 30 days through the soft and grand opening.
